Returns and Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact our toll-free number at 1-866-596-GIFT to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RA number and must be in its original condition, with no dents, chips, scratches or any signs of use and include original packaging, documents, manuals and accessories originally shipped with item. A refund will be issued if received in the condition as mentioned above minus a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price and shipping costs. If an item is returned without obtaining a RA number or authorization, credit will not be issued. Customized items may not be returned unless damaged. Returned items must be returned safely to us without damage. We suggest insuring your return and obtaining a tracking number for your records. Returned shipping charges are not refundable. Freight Damage Your purchase is insured against freight damage. Should your item arrive damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving item. We will then arrange for item to be picked up for inspection. We will promptly arrange to have a new item or part shipped out to you at no charge. Shipping Method Ground shipping is free in the lower 48 states and we normally ship UPS or Fed Ex. Oversized larger items are shipped via Motor Freight and may require additional shipping charges unless indicated otherwise. On international shipments, purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes. |
